Troy Naperala is a Vice President in GEI’s Traverse City, MI office. He has over 20 years of experience working on and managing civil and environmental engineering projects. He has participated in and managed numerous projects dealing with rivers and other surface water bodies. These projects have included water quantity and quality issues, hydrology and hydraulics, sediment transport, contaminated sediments, and remedial activities. These tasks have been completed for ecological restoration projects, flood control studies, dam assessments, total maximum daily loads (TMDLs), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, watershed assessments, stormwater management studies and regional planning studies. He has completed projects such as these for municipalities, state agencies, industries, regional planning organizations and regulatory agencies in urban, rural, and agricultural areas.
