Eric Scott is a restoration ecologist at GEI. He is an experienced environmental leader with a strong background in sustainability, land management, and regulatory compliance. He brings extensive work experience in environmental awareness, staff development, budget development, financial management, and business improvement activities. Effective communicator both verbally and written. Eric is an expert in process improvement and the use of technological tools. Eric has over 15 years supervising Natural Resource projects in Northwest Ohio. Many of these projects includes wetland development, planning, growing Northwest Ohio native plants and converting farm fields into sustainable ecosystems. Eric has used his native plant expertise to diversify plant usage in flood plain restorations, rain gardens, filtration gardens, and wetland projects.
