Shelley is a natural sciences lead on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects. Her background as a wildlife and fisheries ecologist with 15 years of experience equips her to effectively manage multidisciplinary projects with an ecosystems-based approach. She has worked on infrastructure and transportation projects throughout her consulting career, and has moved projects from conceptual design through to detail design, managing the natural heritage components through to construction and post-construction. Shelley regularly facilitates regulatory approvals at each step of a project life-cycle and brings a solutions-based approach to every project team.
