Katelyn Matroni is an Environmental Planner with experience in project and program-level CEQA and NEPA environmental analysis and documentation; as well as planning-oriented public outreach. She is a CEQA/NEPA generalist who specializes in quality assurance and quality control of environmental documentation, and management of both multi-level water infrastructure and community development projects. She has experience providing technical compliance writing for diverse projects, including water and wastewater supply planning and infrastructure, storm water pollution prevention, development and redevelopment, and solar projects.
The majority of Katelyn’s environmental work has consisted of management of large-scale water treatment, recharge, storage and conveyance projects throughout Southern California. She has supported successful completion of environmental documentation at the federal, state and local level, including joint NEPA/CEQA work and environmental documentation for local water agencies within the Orange County and Inland Empire areas.
