Erick Cooke is a senior project manager with 23 years of diverse environmental consulting experience focused on water resources. Mr. Cooke specializes in leading CEQA, NEPA, and other environmental regulations to meet client, project, and regulatory requirements for small- to large-scale complex projects. His technical expertise and project experience includes water resource planning, flood risk reduction, hydrology and water quality, water and wastewater infrastructure, groundwater management, and floodplain and coastal habitat restoration.

Mr. Cooke has worked for federal, state, and local water supply and flood management agencies in California, and his most recent notable career achievement was as the CEQA compliance project manager for the Lookout Slough Tidal Habitat and Flood Improvement Project; the largest tidally influenced restoration site to date to break ground in the Sacramento – San Joaquin Delta.
