Mr. Basso is a Senior Environmental Professional in GEI’s Chicago, IL office. He has been providing civil, environmental, construction, and consulting services related to government, industrial, commercial, and residential properties for over 25 years. Mr. Basso’s experience includes civil infrastructure construction; investigation and remediation of former manufactured gas plant (MGP), petroleum, munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) unexploded ordnance (UXO), and other contaminated sites; completion of Phase II investigations for environmental due diligence transactions, development of remediation and clean construction cost estimates, construction management for CERCLA landfill remediation, underground storage tank (USTs) removals, drum removals, and wetlands sediments excavation and restoration.
