Ryan is a senior CEQA/NEPA and environmental compliance expert specializing in managing CEQA and NEPA documents, and obtaining environmental permits from Federal and State agencies for water, flood protection, restoration, energy, and recreation projects. He also supports clients with water rights permitting and assessment of groundwater dependent ecosystems. Ryan has successfully led multi-disciplinary environmental teams on several high-profile and large-scale projects for water agencies and utilities in California. He often works directly with clients to identify and plan projects around environmental constraints/resources and CEQA, NEPA, and environmental permitting requirements.
