Mike Peterson is a Senior Environmental Scientist with 13 years of experience in the biosciences and environmental and ecosystems services. He provides expertise for a diverse range of skillsets including project management, environmental permitting and regulatory compliance, habitat restoration, wetland delineations, conducting biological surveys, National Environmental Policy Act compliance, rare species evaluations, restoration monitoring, GIS mapping, and coordinating site assessments and surveys.

Mr. Peterson has conducted various projects throughout with Midwest region serving clients in the energy (oil, gas, wind, and solar), transportation, and mining industry as well as public agencies. Projects have included obtaining environmental permits, native habitat restoration design, coordinating and implementing field surveys, facilitating client-agency representative dialogue, implementing agency recommendations, and providing environmental clearance to proceed with construction.
