Jeffrey Bal has extensive experience in studies and complex designs for municipal, public, and private clients for numerous projects including municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities, sanitary and stormwater collection systems, water pumping and distribution systems, and miscellaneous projects including boat launch sites and track and football field facilities. Mr. Bal has functioned as lead designer and project manager on many projects. His responsibilities have included design and assuring overall project coordination between process, instrumentation, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers. Other responsibilities include project scheduling and construction cost control, as well as lead client contact responsibilities.

Studies and designs for projects prepared and constructed by Mr. Bal have been innovative and on the forefront of technology, including one of the first ultraviolet wastewater disinfection systems and one of the first in-vessel biosolids composting facilities in the Midwest.
