Erica Bishop’s technical background in hydrology, watershed science, and policy is complemented by experience managing projects and staff. She has conducted technical writing, environmental analyses, and data management efforts for water supply, flood management, and CEQA/NEPA projects ranging from small-scale field investigations to watershed-scale planning evaluations. She has been a member of several high-profile State and Federal planning efforts and has direct outreach experience working with agencies and key stakeholders on water resource issues and challenges facing communities in sensitive watersheds throughout the Western United States.

Ms. Bishop’s interdisciplinary and wide geographic experience allows her to successfully communicate and act as an integrator between disciplines, facilitating mutual understanding and effective decision-making during the planning and project execution process.
